Carol Zuccaro is a born and bred Italian; raised in the kitchen making pasta from scratch and developing a strong appreciation for olive oil. Carol brings to the Kitchen family recipes, tried and true flavor combinations, and a passion that can only be matched by Antonio Carluccio himself.

Greg Brown is a born and bred Coloradan; raised in the mountains walking every mile of the Rocky Mountains and taking great photos of the big horn sheep and moose. Greg brings to the Kitchen a love for fresh, tasty, and perfect dishes, and a passion for quality that can only be matched by Gordon Ramsay himself.

Greg and Carol make up the modern-day Brady Bunch with four kids between them - the whole family supports and helps out in the Kitchen. You’ll see Carol’s daughter, Harmony, running the front of the restaurant with cameo appearances by Greg’s daughter, Alyssa, and niece, Amy.
